Late Night Tales B&S Volume 2 CD

Late Night Tales B&S Volume 2 CD

Product Details

We were delighted to be asked to compile a second compilation for the Late Night Tales series.

This instalment includes songs chosen by Chris, Stuart, Bob, Mick and Sarah. The music ranges from the 60s pop of the Lovin’ Spoonful and the Wonder Who? to the melancholy minimalism of our good friends Remember Remember, with a selection of groovy jazz, female folk, prog-rock breakbeats and dubbed-out post-punk along the way.

Of course there is also the obligatory cover version by the compilers: a swinging version of the Primitive’s jangle pop classic “Crash”.
